Top Black Friday and Cyber Monday Robot Vacuum Deals

If you've ever wanted to purchase a robot vacuum, now is the time. CNET's top models are on sale this Black Friday and Cyber Monday with savings of up to 57%.

The Roborock Q7 Max is a powerful robot with smart mapping and app-based no go zones. Its running time of 180 minutes is impressive. It also self-empties and automatically refills its water tank.

1. Roomba j7+ from iRobot

The Roomba j7+, iRobot’s smartest robot to date, is the Roomba J7+. Its greatest breakthrough is its camera-based obstacle detection system that utilizes built-in AI to detect objects such as charging cords, shoes, and the pet waste that the majority of other robots cannot avoid (and often plough right through). It's the first robot to send you images of objects that it encounters, so you can tell that it is safe to avoid it.

The Combo J7+ is the most efficient robot mop we've ever tested. It picks up dirt and spills effortlessly and leaves no trace of it was there. It's simple to control via the iRobot Home app which allows you to schedule cleaning times and set up Keep Out Zones so that it doesn't clean areas you don't want it to. It's compatible with Alexa or Google Assistant so you can start and stop it using voice.

Its design is also superior to the rest with a sleek top piece that looks more like a toy robot than a loud, obnoxious one. Clean Base Automatic Dirt disposal It also self-empties which can cut down on cleaning time.

In our tests, the j7+ was quick to clean up dust, dirt and pet hair. The counter-rotating rubber brushes held the debris in its place rather than scattering it around the floor. It even managed to capture sand and small gravel, which most other robots can't. It did all this without getting tangled up in our pet's shedding hair.

Although it's not as sophisticated as the Roomba s9+ Auto-Emptying Vacuum and can't clean stairs, the j7+ is still an excellent option for those who need mopping and a vacuum in their home. It's not costly and the iRobot App makes it simple to use.

While the iRobot Home app is very easy to use however, we've found it to be less reliable than other applications that utilize robotic cleaners. It can take a while to download updates and it's sometimes difficult to know whether they're functioning until you actually witness them in action.

2. Roborock Q5+

If you're looking to purchase a robot vacuum that does more than just clean floors, the best choice is probably hybrid. This category of bots typically comes with a built-in tank for water which means they can vacuum and mop your house at the same time. These bots also have many additional features, including smart mapping and small object avoidance and the capability to wash and dry mopping pads. They're expensive at retail, but they often come down in price on Black Friday or Cyber Monday.

Roborock makes several of our top robotic vacuums, and the Q5+ does not disappoint. It's their cheapest auto-empty model, and although it lacks some of the features you'll find on higher-end models (like no-go zones and multi-story memory) it's a great option if you're willing sacrifice a little to save hundreds of dollars.

The Q5+ is noticeably gentle around obstacles like wall legs and table legs and walls, which makes it an excellent choice for homes with lots of furniture. It is also very thorough in cleaning dust bunnies. This is a place where many robot vacuums that are less expensive fall short. The Q5+'s navigation system is also top-quality, with a few misses along walls or in corners.

The Q5+, like other Roborock products can be controlled via a few buttons on the device, or via the Roborock App. The app lets you start and stop cleaning. You can also set up schedules, create virtual barriers and no-go areas or modify your home map or change the room's label.

If you opt for the Q5+, it comes with a new auto-empty dock that's specifically designed to make this robot easy to maintain. It requires a screwdriver to install, but once in place the process of emptying the bin is relatively easy. It also has a large LCD display, which is nice to have when setting up schedules or adjusting settings. This isn't a necessity for most people however it will assist you in keeping the track of your robot's maintenance intervals with ease.

3. Narwal Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra is a well-rounded robot vacuum and mop that's impressively clever in its mopping and vacuuming capabilities. Its design is among the top in the market, but it's expensive.

It is a relatively small base station that looks stunning and can be hidden when not in use. But the station's main selling factor is its ability to automate various tasks and functions that other robots leave up to you.  robotic vacuum cleaner sale  can store dirty and clean water and also electrolyze and warm the water. Most other robovacs will require this.

Its vacuuming capabilities are also impressive. It's the only robot vacuum I've tried that does well at picking up the dust from floors with no. It's also not as loud as the expensive Roomba 900 series or iRobot 980.

The Freo X Ultra is not without faults, particularly when it comes navigation. Its LiDAR sensors and laser sensors aren't as reliable as other robot vacuums. This means it can get stuck or confused in certain areas or rooms in the home. It can't navigate stairs as well as competitors, and it doesn't have a dock that allows you to create an area for cleaning that is specifically designed for carpets with plush padding.

Although it doesn't have as much in the way of cleaning-related options in its app, or as many shortcuts in the app like other robovacs the Freo X Ultra is still an excellent choice for those seeking a great all-round mop and robot vacuum that's worth the higher price cost.

If you're looking to cut costs or aren't concerned about the limitations of the robot, there are many other options on the market. A lot of eufy models are considerably less. The Eufy Qrevo Curv, for instance, is cheaper and offers an identical experience on the app with more features like stair climbing, a full-function dock, and superior overall vacuuming performance on bare floors as well as high and low-pile carpets.

4. eufy RoboVac G30

Eufy, a Anker company has a proven track record of producing robot vacuums that strike the right balance between performance, features and price. The G30 Hybrid is no different, offering a capable cleaning of hard floors as well as carpets and mopping function too at a reasonable price. It's easy to setup simply by snapping one of the side brushes on, switch on and plug in the charging dock. The app will guide you through the steps to connect your G30 to your Wi-Fi. The dock will need to be placed near an outlet and have plenty of space to move.

The G30 is a tiny device, measuring 2.85 inches in height, so it is able to fit under most couches and low-clearance pieces of furniture. Its design is more subtle when compared to rival models. It is sleek with a black finish and three physical buttons for Auto Cleaning start/pause (which scrubs the area in a spiral fashion over two minutes) Recharge and Spot Cleaner. You can also connect the G30 to Amazon Alexa or Google Home to use voice commands to do routine cleaning tasks that are not scheduled.

The way that the G30 cleans is what separates it from its competitors. It makes use of an integrated map to make an image of the unmovable items in its path. It remembers what it has already cleaned and the areas it was unable to access. When it's time to recharge, it will automatically return to its starting point and begins cleaning from where it started.

The elegant G30 has its flaws however. The iRobot Roomba 675 is more built, incurs lower recurring costs, is charged more quickly and has the same battery life while offering superior performance on floors that are unfinished and low-pile carpet. It has a bigger dust bin that doesn't require as much emptying. It also comes with boundaries that prevent it from certain areas. The G30 however is less expensive and a lot easier to maintain. Its smaller dust canister does not require emptying as often and it has less trouble with bulky material like cereal.
